French Toast Casserole

This Eggnog French Toast Casserole is the ultimate holiday breakfast!

Combine ingredients

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. In a bowl combine bread, eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and vanilla, and mix to coat the bread.

Transfer to a casserole dish

Transfer to the prepared pan then prepare the streusel.

Make streusel

In a medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. The mixture so resemble wet sand. Sprinkle the streusel on top of the casserole.

Bake

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole looks set, no longer jiggly and golden brown on top.

Allow it to cool for 15 minutes then slice, serve and enjoy with maple syrup!
