Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This Chocolate Zucchini Bread is great healthy choice because it’s made with less sugar and less flour.

Mix dry ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter or grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan and set aside. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

Mix wet ingredients

In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, greek yogurt or sour cream.

Mix batter

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips and zucchini.

Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely.

Slice bread and serve!
