This Baked Apple Oatmeal is a wholesome morning treat!

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 pan. Set aside 1 cup diced apples and 1/2 cup oats. Blend the remaining apples, oats, and the rest of the ingredients for 30-60 seconds. Remove the blade and fold in oats and diced apple by hand.

Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top looks set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Allow the oatmeal to cool completely before slicing and serving.
