According to package instructions. I like to do a minute or two earlier so they don't get mushy. Drain the noodles then rinse in cold water and set aside.

In a small bowl combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and rice wine vinegar, set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok. Add steak and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Add in the garlic and ginger and cook for an 1 minute.Add the remaining tbsp of oil then add in the mixed vegetables. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or start to get some color.

Add the sauce to the pan along with the cooked steak and noodles. Toss everything together.
Serve immediately with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
