Butter Chicken Meatballs

These Butter Chicken Meatballs are a delicious twist on the classic Indian dish.

SAUTE ONION

Add butter and olive oil to a skillet. Saute onion for 4-5 minutes, then add ginger and garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add in the spices and stir to cook the spices for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

COOK TOMATOES

Add in the crushed tomatoes to the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat up your meatballs if they are store bought.

MAKE SAUCE

Stir in the heavy cream and toss in the meatballs.

Serve immediately with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley for serving.
