Add the Oreos to the food processor and pulse until you have crumbs. Next, add the melted butter to the crumbs and pulse until well blended.

Press the crust into a nine inch pan, then freeze for ten minutes.

Meanwhile, cream the butter and peanut butter in a stand mixer until combined.

Add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter and mix until combined.

Spoon the peanut butter into the pie crust and place in the refrigerator.

Make the ganache in a bowl by combining chocolate chips, peanut butter and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals until melted.

Allow the ganache to cool, then pour it in an even layer on top of the peanut butter filling.
