Crab Toast

This creamy Crab Toast is a decadent little bite that is perfect as an appetizer!

MELT CHEESE

Preheat oven to 425F. Add boursin and cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco to a medium saucepan. Whisk over low-medium heat until the cheeses are melted.

ADD CRAB MEAT

Take off the heat and fold in crab meat making sure not to break up the chunks of crab. I like to use a rubber spatula for this.

ADD CRAB MIXTURE

Top baguette slices with crab mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

SPRINKLE CHEESE

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately with fresh parsley and tomatoes!
