Don’t let the minimal ingredients fool you this Garlic Fried Rice is packed with flavor!
Add oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add in garlic and green onions (white parts only) and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly.
Drain the toasted garlic / onion mixture through a sieve and set aide. Save the oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of reserved oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to the same pan. Heat over medium-high, then add the eggs. Scramble the eggs, and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the skillet and add in the rice. Toast the rice until it starts to get a little golden brown and warmed through.
Take off of the heat and stir in the cooked eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and green onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
