Asparagus Pasta

This Lemon Asparagus Pasta is perfect for a light lunch, easy dinner, or side dish!

COOK PASTA

Salt water and boil pasta according to package instructions.

SAUTE ASPARAGUS

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add in asparagus and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add in garlic and cook for an additional minute.

ASSEMBLE

Pour in wine and deglaze pan. Add in cold butter and stir until melted. Stir in lemon juice and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes!
