This orange chicken recipe is gluten-free, has no extra sugar or MSG, and is perfect for the entire family!

Add chicken, cornstarch, salt and pepper to a large ziplock bag. Toss to coat the chicken.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in two batches until golden brown (3-4 minutes), add garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute. Add the chicken to the slow cooker.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

In the same skillet, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer 1-2 minutes while scraping off the brown bits from the bottom.

Add the sauce to the slow cooker and toss to coat the chicken. Cook on low for 2-3 hours

In a bowl mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cooking liquid from the slow cooker, add the mixture to the slow cooker, and cook for an extra 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with sesame seeds for garnish!
