S'mores Bars with Graham Crackers and Marshmallows

These layered s'mores bars are easy to make and filled with delicious flavors from chocolate and mini marshmallows.

MAKE DOUGH

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add butter and both sugars to a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Beat until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.

ADD VANILLA

Add vanilla and an egg to the batter and mix until combined.

DRY INGREDIENTS

Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.

COMBINE

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients in the mixer and mix until combined.

BAKE

Press half the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.

ADD MARSHMALLOWS

Remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven off. Add the chocolate bars on top of the crust, then top with marshmallows.

LAYER

Spread the remaining dough on top of the marshmallows and bake for 15 minutes.

GOOEY GOODNESS

The result should be gooey and browned on top. Cool, then serve!
