Turkey Burgers

These Turkey Burgers are a healthy, leaner burger option that still has tons of flavor! Not only are they a healthy-for-you option, but they are super easy to make.

MIX INGREDIENTS

Add ground turkey, parsley, dill, spinach, feta and seasonings to a large bowl. Using your hands mix until all of the ingredients are combined.

FORM PATTIES

Portion into burgers by rolling sections into balls then flattening them out into discs. Optionally make wells in my burger centers to prevent shrinking and puffing.

COOK BURGERS

Add olive oil to a  skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add in the burgers and cook 4-5 minutes on each side, util they reach an internal temperature of 165F.

Serve immediately with buns, cucumber slices, radish and tzatziki sauce! Make them gluten-free by serving  them on a lettuce bun or gluten-free buns!
