Tzatziki

This easy Tzatziki Recipe is  tangy, garlicky, fresh and cool!

Dice cucumber

Prepare the cucumbers by finely mincing or grating them on a cutting board. English cucumbers are best for tzatziki.

Combine ingredients

Add the yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice and dill to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.
