This Italian Tortellini Soup is loaded with fire roasted tomatoes, kale, Italian sausage and cheese tortellini.
Add sausage, garlic, onion, tomatoes, chicken broth, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes to a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 30 minutes before serving stir in the frozen tortellini and kale.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and add in more crushed red pepper flakes.
Serve immediately with parmesan cheese for serving.
