Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This Chocolate Zucchini Bread is super soft, moist and so loaded with chocolatey goodness.

Mix dry ingredients

Preheat oven to 350F. Butter or grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan and set aside. In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients, except the brown sugar.

Mix wet ingredients

In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, greek yogurt or sour cream.

Make batter

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix  until just combined.

Add zucchini

Fold in the chocolate chips and zucchini.

Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely before slicing. Slice bread and serve!
