This super easy Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Sticks Recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and is so much better than store-bought.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add in butter and cook until melted. Dip bread into the egg mixture and allow any excess to drip off.
Add the toast sticks to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. (I like the outside to get crispy and caramelized.)
Immediately after cooking add the french toast sticks to the cinnamon and sugar mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately with fresh fruit, and maple syrup for dipping. Enjoy!
