Gochujang Glazed Salmon

This Gochujang Glazed Salmon is cooked in the air fryer and brushed with a gochujang glaze!

MAKE GLAZE

Preheat the air fryer to 400F and grease the cooking rack with cooking spray. Pat dry the salmon, then mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, Gochujang paste, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Pour half of the sauce over the salmon, saving the rest for later.

AIR FRY

Place the salmon filets 2 at a time in your air fryer (more if they will all fit). Cook for 8 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140F. 

BRUSH WITH GLAZE

Repeat with the remaining salmon. Brush the reserved sauce onto the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
