This juicy and tender Grilled Asian Chicken is super easy to make and perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

Preheat the grill to medium high heat, and spray with cooking spray. Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Refrigerate for an hour.

Cook until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internally (about 8 minutes depending on thickness).
Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.
