Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Boil sweet potatoes until fork tender, drain and place back into pot. Add butter, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs to the sweet potatoes. Using a masher mix until smooth and creamy.

In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter, salt, pecans, and cinnamon.

Layer the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the dish and top with the streusel topping.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately!
