Loaded with garlic, butter, and parmesan, you won’t miss pasta with this Healthy Shrimp Scampi recipe!

Cut the zucchinis into spiral noodles, and set them aside.

Add in garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring often.Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add in the shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they are pink and no longer translucent. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add the wine to the pan and deglaze the pan by scraping the brown bits off the bottom. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the liquid has reduced a bit.

Add the zoodles and shrimp back to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until warmed through. Take off the heat and stir in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately with parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes or parsley for serving, if desired.
