    • Use Chicken Thighs. Chicken thighs are my favorite for fajitas. They stay juicier and are more flavorful than breasts. You can use chicken breasts, but the thighs will really give you the best texture and flavor.

    • Chicken thighs: Thighs are tender, juicy, and perfect for air frying. You can swap them out for chicken breasts if you prefer, but I think thighs are the way to go!
    • Seasonings: I like to make my own Mexican Spice blend by combining chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder!
    • Bell peppers: A mix of red, yellow, and orange peppers adds vibrant color and a natural sweetness.
    • Onion: Sliced onions caramelize slightly in the air fryer, adding sweetness and bold flavor.
    • Lime juice: A splash of fresh lime juice is the perfect finishing touch!
    • Cilantro: Sprinkled on at the end, cilantro adds a bright, fresh flavor that complements the spices.

    How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

    1. Preheat and Toss Ingredients: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the insert of the air fryer with non stick cooking spray.
    2. Add chicken, olive oil, bell peppers, onions and seasonings to a large bowl. Toss to coat the chicken and veggies in the seasonings.
    1. Cook in the Air Fryer: Add to the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes stirring once or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
