The Best Chocolate Banana Bark Recipe
Bark recipes are one of my favorites right now, since they are an easy and no-bake option for a tasty dessert! Like my frozen cottage cheese bark, this chocolate banana bark has layers of delicious ingredients that come together to create the perfect frozen treat.
This particular bark has a base of sliced bananas, which do great in the freezer. Top them off with a layer of peanut butter and yogurt, then chocolate, and some granola on top for added texture!
You can really make this chocolate peanut butter bark your own, by adding or substituting ingredients according to your preferences!
This frozen bark is an easy and yummy treat, perfect for adults and kids alike!
Ingredients Needed
- Bananas: Slice the bananas into thin, evenly sized pieces!
- Peanut Butter: I like to use peanut butter, but you can use any nut butter that you prefer. Make sure it is a smooth nut butter!
- Greek Yogurt: Plain, Greek yogurt keeps things creamy and adds extra protein.
- Chocolate Chips: I used semi-sweet chocolate chips! But you can use dark chocolate or milk chocolate if you want it sweeter.
- Granola: You can use your favorite store-bought granola, or make a homemade granola!
How to Make This Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Tips for Success
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt! For the best flavor, full fat yogurt is best. It provides a creamier texture and better flavor!
- If it is difficult to whisk together the peanut butter and yogurt, you can warm up the peanut butter for just a few seconds to soften it up!
- If you or someone who will be enjoying this chocolate banana bark has a peanut allergy, opt for a seed butter like sunflower seed butter!
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper so that is it easier to remove the frozen yogurt bark and break it into pieces!
