All You need is 5 ingredients!
- Pasta: You can use any shape of pasta here, but I would use a short pasta shape like gemelli, penne, or fusilli.
- Broccoli: The flavor and texture of broccoli is best when it is roasted in the oven!
- Garlic: Garlic adds a depth of savory flavor here.
- Boursin Cheese: This soft cheese is infused with garlic and herbs, giving the dish its creamy, savory flavor. The 5.2-ounce package is the perfect amount to coat the pasta.
- Olive Oil: I like to use a good quality olive oil! The olive oil helps the broccoli get caramelized in the oven.
How to Make Boursin Broccoli Pasta
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add broccoli, garlic and Boursin cheese to a large sheet tray or casserole dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is golden brown and tender.
- Cook the Pasta: Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water. My pasta took 8 minutes to be al-dente. Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water.
- Combine on Sheet Pan: Add the cooked pasta to the broccoli cheese mixture and toss to coat. Start by adding 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add more as needed.
- Season & Serve: Season with salt and pepper as needed, and serve and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
This Boursin broccoli pasta can be served on its own or with a variety of side dishes and proteins to make a more satisfying meal! To top it off with protein, I would opt for air fryer chicken, air fryer salmon, or grilled chicken! You can also add some simply seared shrimp if you prefer.
On the side, serve this creamy Boursin pasta with garlic bread or garlic knots, with an Italian chopped salad or roasted asparagus!
